Since shipping costs keep increasing, and I pay for most of the shipping myself, I will for now return to have the option to send the orders without tracking!

Please notice that orders purchased without the extra tracked shipping option, will NOT BE REFUNDED or sent again!

As of January 2023, these are the estimated times for arrival of untracked orders:

USA: 10-25 days to arrive
Europe: 10-15 days to arrive
Portugal: 3-4 days to arrive
Other countries: 10-30+ days to arrive

Tracked orders have priority and arrive faster, these are the estimated times:

USA: 7-10 days to arrive
Europe: 5-10 days to arrive
Portugal: 3-4 days to arrive
Other countries: 10-14 days to arrive

Please notice that I support most of the shipping costs myself so I can keep them to a minimum to you! 💕

💌 How much is shipping?

Shipping is defined by weight and country zone:

0 - 250g	2€	3€	5€
250g - 2kg limit	2€	5€	9€

Tracked shipping option will be extra 3€ for any of the areas above.

💌 When will my order be ready?

Usual processing time is 3-5 business days.

For large number of orders (for example, shop updates) I take longer (7-10 days if there is a large amount of orders!)

If there are delays in processing time you will be contacted by email.

💌 Lost packages

Please wait at least 6 weeks for international orders to arrive. If they don't arrive after this point the package is declared lost. Please contact us if that happens. We will do our best to help you!!
